We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team at Hatch in San Francisco. The ideal candidate is that rare find: someone who’s fun and creative, but gets stuff done and sweats the small stuff. We’re searching for an individual who has great attention to detail, works independently, manages time efficiently, and can drop everything and pitch in when we need all hands on deck. Flexibility, a great attitude and exemplary communication skills are key.

The successful candidate will be a personable and patient self-starter who’s highly organized, skilled at multitasking and operates under pressure with poise and good cheer. He/she is detail-oriented and is always trying to figure out ways to do things better.
A bachelor’s degree is required, as is proficiency in Office (Excel in particular), Google Suite and Keynote. While not necessary, some experience using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be helpful.
